Alby Group approached us to help improve their internal process in order to automate low-value work and allow staff to be able to focus on high-value areas. The requirement was for a CRM system that allowed staff to be able to manage quotes and schedule jobs

The Solution

We created a bespoke CRM system for Alby Group to allow staff in different departments to be able to manage their leads and track progress on current jobs being completed by their contractors.

Result

The CRM has allowed the business to be more efficient which has increased the amount the business is quoting monthly.

Staff have been able to manage projects easier and keep track of regular and scheduled work with automated processes in the CRM.
